The present petition has been filed praying for the following reliefs:- "a) Issue a writ order or direction in the nature of mandamus directing the respondent no. 2 and 3 to arrest the respondent no. 4 to 7 in Case Crime No. 109 of 2025, Under Section 131,115(2),352,351(3), B.N.S,, Police Station Rajpura, District Sambhal on dated 09.05.2025 and submit the charge sheet against respondent no. 4 to 7 after making fair investigation, within stipulated period, which may be fixed by this Hon'ble Court (Annexure No. 1 to this writ petition). b) Issue a writ, order or direction in the nature of mandamus directing the respondent no. 2 and 3 to provide security to petitioner for safeguard her life and liberty from the respondent no. 4 to 6 during the pendency of the present writ petition before this Hon'ble Court." It has been stated by the Additional Government Advocate that a charge-sheet has already been filed in the aforesaid case. In view of the aforesaid, the writ petition has become infructuous as is dismissed as such.
