The present Application has been filed by the applicants Alishan, Gulfam, Rihan, Tohid, Monu and Aasmohammad alias Mangta seeking anticipatory bail in Case Crime No. 98 of 2025, registered at Police Station Gangnahar, District Haridwar under Sections 115(2), 190, 191(2), 191(3), 333, 351(3) and Section 352 of the Bharatiya Nyaya Sanhita, 2023. 2. Heard Mr. Rajveer Singh, learned counsel for the applicants, Mr. Pradeep Lohani, learned Brief Holder for the State and Mr. Alok Kumar, learned counsel for the informant. 3. Mr. Rajveer Singh, Advocate, has requested on instructions to permit the applicants to withdraw the present anticipatory bail application with liberty to file a fresh anticipatory bail application with better particulars. 4. The said request has not been opposed by the respondent and the informant. 5. The present Anticipatory Bail Application (ABA No. 533 of 2025) is dismissed as withdrawn granting liberty to the applicants to file a fresh anticipatory bail application, as prayed, but in accordance with law.
