The petitioner has been made accused in connection with Shikaripara P.S. Case No. 113 of 2024, for the offence registered under Section 303 of Bharatiya Nyaya Sanhita, 2023, pending in the court of learned A.C.J.M., Dumka. On 30.11.2024, the scrap shop of the petitioner was raided and from there, 110.46 kgs of tower parts were recovered. Petitioner could not produce any paper with regard to the seized articles. It was submitted that chargesheet has been submitted in this case and petitioner has got no criminal antecedent. In view of the submission made above, I am inclined to release the petitioner, on bail. Accordingly, the petitioner, named above, is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.20,000/- (Rupees Twenty Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each, to the satisfaction of learned A.C.J.M., Dumka, in connection with Shikaripara P.S.
