The petitioners, namely, (i) Sri Aman Kumar Gupta, son of late Jugal Prasad Gupta and (ii) Sri Binod Prasad @ Binod Prasad Sonar, both residents of Chengelijan Gaon, P.O.-Barhapjan, Police Station-Doomdooma, District-Tinsukia, Assam have filed this application on 04.02.2025 under Section 482 BNSS, seeking pre-arrest bail in Doomdooma P.S. Case No. 07/2025 under Sections 189(2)/329(3)(4)/324(4)/76 BNS, read with Sections 3(1)(f)(g) (p)(r)(w)(i) of the Scheduled Castes and Scheduled Tribes (Prevention of Atrocities) Act, 1989, corresponding to G.R. No. 24/2025. 3. On instruction of the petitioners, Mr. A. Hasan, learned counsel prays for withdrawal of this pre-arrest bail application, to which Mr. K. K. Das, learned Additional Public Prosecutor, Assam and Mr. A. K. Gupta, learned counsel for the informant have no objection. 4.
