21.01.2023. The award was passed on 29.03.2025. The petitioner had approached this Court in W.P. 4158/2023 challenging the acquisition proceedings which was dismissed on 11.09.2024. Aggrieved by the same, Writ Appeal 1541/2024 was preferred by the petitioner which also came to be dismissed on 20.03.2025. Consequently, the validity of acquisition notification has been upheld by this Court. After the dismissal of the Writ Petition, the petitioner submitted a representation dated 15.03.2025 (Annexure-A) seeking allotment of developed land in lieu of the cash compensation for his 10 guntas of land in Sy.
No. 46/8 of Malliyapanahalli Village, Vemagalu Hobli, Kolar Taluk. The grievance of the petitioner is that despite submitting the representation pursuant to the Government
Order dated 23.02.2021, respondent No.3 has not considered it, thereby compelling the petitioner to approach this Court in this Writ Petition.
3. The issue raised in this petition regarding prayer (c) to quash the impugned General Award is squarely

Order dated 23.02.2021.
