The writ petition seeks quashing of the F.I.R. dated 27.05.2025 giving rise to Case Crime No. 256 of 2025, under Sections 318(2) B.N.S., 63 and 65 of Copyright Act, Police Station-Loni, District- Ghaziabad 3. Learned A.G.A has submitted that in the present matter the chargesheet has been submitted against the petitioner on 22.06.2025, but he is not certain whether cognizance has not been taken thereon or not. 4. In view of the above, this writ petition is disposed of with direction that till cognizance is taken on the police report by the court concerned, petitioner shall not be arrested pursuant to the impugned F.I.R.
