In view of the consent affidavit filed by the respondent, and the statement made by the learned counsel for the petitioner, the original petition stands disposed of as follows: (i) The petitioner is appointed as the Guardian of the minor child, both of his person and property. (ii) The respondent shall have the right of visitation as and when he visits India, subject to prior intimation to the petitioner. 4.
