Rawal for the respondent. 2. On the earlier date on 25.11.2025, jail remarks was produced in compliance of the order. 3. According to the jail remarks, appellant No.1 Bharatbhai Bhimabhai Talpada has already undergone the total sentence of seven years and was released on bail on 12.05.2020. 4. Notice was issued for appellant Nos. 2 and 3. The record suggests that the notice has remained unserved since appellant No.2 Bhimabhai Chhaganbhai R/CR.A/151/2016 ORDER DATED: 16/12/2025 Talpada died on 06.06.2022 and appellant No.3 Shardaben Bhimabhai Talpada died on 27.02.2021. 5. The notice has been returned back along with the report of Deputy Registrar, Criminal Branch, Anand attached with the statement of the Police Inspector, Umreth Police Station and death certificate of both the appellants along with the statement of Nainaben Bharatbhai Talpada. 6. In view of the death certificate and report of the police, the matter against the appellant Nos.2 and 3 stands abated. 7. Since appellant no.1 has already undergone the sentence, now no cause remains for the appeal. Hence, the appeal stands disposed.
