Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned Standing Counsel for the respondent-State. 2. The present writ petition has been filed with the following prayers :- "(A) Issue a writ, order or direction in the nature of Mandamus directing the respondent no. 3 i.e. Up-ziladhikari, Tehsil Madihan, District Mirzapur to consider and decide the application of petitioner dated 31.12.2024 expeditiously, preferably by passing a reasoned and speaking order in accordance with law within stipulated period as may be fixed by this Hon'ble Court. (B) Issue a writ, order or direction in the nature of Mandamus restraining the respondents not to interfere in peaceful running of fair price shop no. 20690098 (P.T.R. No. 43) situated at Village Piuri, Tehsil Madihan, District Mirzapur." 3. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the model fair price shop is situated at one and a half kilometers away from the Abadi area and there is threat of theft and as such the petitioner has made a representation. 4. Learned Standing Counsel for the respondent-State submits that the representation dated 31.12.2024 of the petitioner is not available in the office records. 5. In view of the aforesaid, the writ petition is disposed of with liberty to the petitioner to prefer a fresh representation before respondent no. 3 within a period of fifteen days from today. In the event any such representation is filed within the aforesaid period, the same would be considered and decided within a period of one month thereafter.
