Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that subsequent thereto, the petitioner has been acquitted in the proceedings which were pending, namely Special C.C. No.880/2018, by the FTC-I, Additional City Civil and Sessions Judge, Bangalore, vide order dated 20.09.2025. In that view of the matter, there is nothing much survives in the present proceedings in respect of the show cause notice dated 4.07.2024. 4. Reserving liberty to the respondents to initiate proceedings for issuance of another show cause notice if any other proceedings pending, the above petition stands disposed.
