As can be seen from the prayer, the petitioner wants a direction to the respondent No.2 to decide his representation dated 26.9.2025. Accordingly, the respondent No.2 is directed to decide the representation made by the petitioner on 26.9.2025 as early as possible, preferably within a period of three months from the date of receipt of this order. 3.
