The petitioner has been made accused in connection with Sonaraithari P.S. Case No. 75/2024, for the offences registered under Sections 103(1) & 238 of the B.N.S. 2023, pending in the Court of Sri Sanjit Kumar Chanera, learned J.M.F.C., Deoghar. 3. On 22.08.2024 at about 5:00 A.M., the informant saw this petitioner carrying a blood stained axe. On inquiry, the petitioner told him that he has murdered his younger brother namely Teklal Singh and dumped his dead body near Pokhariya Middle School. 4. It appears that on pointing out of the petitioner, dead body of the deceased was recovered. 5. Considering the nature allegation, I am not inclined to release the petitioner, on bail.
