This application under Section 483 of BNSS, 2023 has been filed by the petitioners, namely, (1) Laldikdawnga, son of Lalthlamuna, resident of Edenthar, Veng Aizal Government Complex, P.S. Vaivakawn, District-Aizwal and (2) Lalhriatpuia, son of Zonunthara Khawlhring, resident of Ainawa, Aizwal Government Complex, P.S. Zonuan, District-Aizwal, seeking bail in Ratabari P.S. Case No. 190/2024 registered under Section 22(C)/25/29 of NDPS Act, 1985, wherein they were arrested on 02.09.2024 and are in custody since then. 3. During the deliberation of the matter, Mr. Sarma, learned Additional Public Prosecutor, Assam, on instructions submitted that police after completion of investigation of the case has already submitted charge-sheet in the said Ratabari P.S. Case No. 190/2024 vide Charge-Sheet No. 13/2025 dated 10.02.2025. 4. In view of the above, the petitioners may approach the appropriate forum/authority for their regular bail in said Ratabari P.S.
