The following prayers have been made in the writ petition: "A. Issue a writ, order or direction in the nature of mandamus directing the respondent nos. 2 to 4 to remove the unlawful possession of respondent nos. 5 & 6 from araji no. 1045, measuring area - 0.0280 hectare of the petitioner, which is situated at Village-Sayara Meethepur, Tehsil-Sirathu, Police Station- Saini, District - Kaushambi. B. Issue a writ, order or direction in the nature of mandamus directing the respondent nos. 2 to 4 to stop the illegal construction being made by the respondent nos. 5 & 6 over the aforesaid land of the petitioner forthwith and to take necessary action against them." 2. Sri Anil Kumar Dubey, counsel for the petitioner, after making brief submissions, does not press the writ petition but reserves right in favour of the petitioner to avail any other appropriate remedy. 3.
