ORDER : The Criminal Petition, under Section 482 of BNSS, is filed on behalf of the petitioner herein/Accused No.2 to grant antiCiPatOry bail in COnneCtiOn With crime No.474 of 2024 on the file Of BhavaniPuram Police Station, NTR District for the offences punishable under Sections 336(3), 338, 340(2), 329, 324 r/w 3(5) BNS.

2. Heard Sri D.Kishore Kumar, learned counsel for the petitioner and Ms.K.Priyanka Lakshmi, learned Assistant Public Prosecutor representing the State.
3. Learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that the petitioner, who is A-2 herein, is a housewife and never committed any offence much less the alleged offences which are purely foisted with false allegations. The FIR and the report do not state commission of any offence. Learned counsel would further submit that the petitioner purchased the impugned property and accused No.1 executed sale deed with malafide intention in favour of the petitioner along with accused 3 to 5. The petitioner is also sufferer in the said sale transaction and she is also initiating steps to take action against accused No.1 in accordance with law. Learned counsel would further submit that A7 and A8 were granted anticipatory bail by this Court by an order dated 20.12.2024 in Crl.P.No.7179 of 2024. Learned counsel finally prays to enlarge the petitioner herein on anticipatory bail.

5. Learned Assistant Public Prosecutor would fairly submit that the case of the present petitioner is also on the same footing as of Accused Nos.7 and 8, who have already obtained anticipatory bail from this Court.
6. ln that view of the matter, considering the submissions made, since Accused Nos.7 and 8, who are on the same footing as of Petitioner/Accused a-- --I
No.2, were granted antiCiPatOry''bail, this Court is inclined tO grant antiCiPatOry bail to the petitioner herein on the following condit'lOnS. 1) The Petitioner shall appear before the COnCerned Magistrate court, within 15 days from today and Shall furnish a Personal bond for Rs.20,000/- (Rupees twenty thousand Only) With two sureties for the like sum each, to the satisfaction of concerned Magistrate Courf', 2) The Pet'ltioner Shall be available for investigation aS and When required by the Investigating officer; 3) The Petitioner Shall not, d'lreCtly Or indirectly, make any inducement, threat or promise to any person acquainted with the present case so as to dissuade h®lm/her from disclosing such
