The writ petition seeks quashing of the F.I.R dated 23.02.2025 in Case Crime No. 111 of 2025, under Sections- 191(2),191(3),115(2),352, 351(2),309(4), 109 of Bhartiya Nyay Sanhita-2023, Police Station- Aonla, District- Bareilly. In compliance of the earlier order of this court 1.7.2025, Ms. Manju Thakur, learned A.G.A. Ist has informed that compromise between the parties has been verified before the Sub-Inspector concerned on 17.7.2025. Copy of the same placed by the learned A.G.A. before this court is taken on record. Learned counsel for the parties agree that parties have settled their dispute outside the court. In view of the above, impugned F.I.R is quashed. The writ petition is allowed. Investigating Officer of this case is directed to make entry of this order in the case diary.
