1. This is an application for renewal of the interim order dated 20.02.2025, passed by this Court in MC (WPC) No. 23 of 2025 arising out WP(C) No. 42 of 2025.
2. It is submitted by Mr. T. Dkhar, learned counsel for the petitioner/applicant that this Court on being satisfied that a prima facie case existed in favour of the writ petitioner, had by the order dated 20.02.2025, passed an interim order keeping the impugned order dated 21.01.2015, suspended until the next date. However, he submits due to inadvertence, he could not be present on the last date, which has resulted in the said interim order lapsing. He therefore, prays for the ends of 2025:MLHC:302
justice, the interim order be revived, and the matter be taken up for
consideration.
3. Mr. T.T. Diengdoh, learned Senior counsel assisted by Mr. C.C.T. Sangma, learned counsel appearing for the respondents Nos. 1 to 4, has submitted that the issues involved are very limited and if the private respondents were present, perhaps the matter could have been
disposed of.
4. However, on perusal of the office note, it is indicated that service is yet to be completed, on the respondent No. 5.
5. Accordingly, this Misc. Case stands disposed of by allowing the interim order to continue till the next date, when the main case is fixed.
