Case No. 122 of 2019 registered for the offence under Sections 394, 302 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 27 of the Arms Act. 3. The petitioner is accused of committing loot and murder. The name of the petitioner has come in the self- inculpatory statement of the co-accused Anil Baitha. The petitioner is an absconder also. He is in custody since 08.05.2025. 4. Considering the allegation levelled against the petitioner as well as the gravity of thee offence, this Court is not Patna High Court CR. MISC.
