JUSTICE RAJIV ROY ORAL ORDER 2 09-09-2025 Heard the parties. 2. The petitioner is apprehending his arrest in connection with Raghopur P.S. Case No. 27 of 2025 registered for the offence punishable under Sections 126(1), 115(2), 118(1), 109(1), 303(2), 352, 351(2) and 3(5) of the B.N.S., lodged on 30.01.2025 by the informant Naval Rai. 3. As per the prosecution story, the informant alleged that upon knowledge that the survey clerk is moving to get the names of the land owners recorded in which the agnates are getting names registered causing prejudice to the informant, the same was protested whereafter assault took place, allegation against this petitioner is of using sword hitting on the head causing injury. This led to the F.I.R. 4. Though learned counsel for the petitioner has made Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.56450 of 2025(2) dt.09-09-2025 2/2 submission that he is an aged person, there is a case and counter case and he has no criminal antecedent, learned APP Mr. Jitendra Kumar Singh, learned APP has taken this Court to the injuries on the head which has been recorded and finds incorporated in learned Sessions Judge order as 3x1/4x1/4 Cm and the opinion was reserved. 5. Considering the submission of the parties as also the role that the petitioner has played, it would appropriate that he seek bail. 6.
