This application for grant of anticipatory bail arises out of Singhwara P.S. Case No. 82 of 2025 dated 10.04.2025, disclosing offence under Section 318(4) of the Bharatiya Nyaya Sanhita and Sections 30(a), 30(c), 30(d), 30(e), 30(g), 22 and 36 of the Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act, 2022 (hereinafter referred to as ‘the Act’). 3. According to the prosecution case, 89.25 liters of foreign liquor along with raw materials of liquor were recovered from the house of Vivek Kumar Mishra. Considering the allegation supported by the quantum of recovery of illicit liquor and its raw materials, which established that illicit liquor was being manufactured in the house in question, and the fact that the motorcycle of the petitioner has been found in front of the house in question, coupled with the fact that the petitioner is having four other cases of similar nature, I am not inclined to grant the privilege of anticipatory bail to the petitioner.
