(Oral) By means of the instant petition, the petitioner seeks the following reliefs:- “I. to issue a writ, order or direction in the nature of mandamus commanding and directing the respondents to grant promotional scale to the petitioner No.1 & 2 and benefit of III ACP to the petitioner No.3 since the date of their initial appointments instead of the date on inclusion of the institution in grant in aid along with admissible interest. II. to issue a writ, order or direction in the nature of mandamus commanding and directing the respondents to forthwith release the arrears of 7th Pay Commission due to the petitioners. III. to pass such order or direction which the Hon’ble Court deems fit and proper regarding the circumstances of the case. IV. to award costs of the petition. ” 2 2. Heard learned counsel for the parties and perused the record. 3. At the very outset, learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that the matter is squarely covered by the judgment dated 27.03.2017, passed by this Court in WPSS No.1955 of 2015, Munendra Singh Rana and others Vs. State of Uttarakhand and others; and connected cases. 4. Learned State counsel admits this fact. 5. Since the matter is covered, instant petition is decided in terms of the judgment dated 27.03.2017, passed by this Court in WPSS No.1955 of 2015, Munendra Singh Rana and others Vs.
