The present writ petition is filed aggrieved by the action of respondent Nos.2 and 3 in withholding the original Secondary School Certificate of the petitioner.
2. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that subsequent to the filing of the writ petition, the respondents have returned the petitioner’s certificates. Hence, nothing remains in the writ petition for further adjudication.
3. Recording the said submission, the present Writ Petition is dismissed as infructuous. There shall be no order as to costs.
As a sequel thereto, miscellaneous Petitions pending, if any, shall stand closed.
