Case No. 92 of 2025 registered for the offence under Sections 126(2), 115(2), 118(1), 303(2), 351(2), 3(5), 308(4) of the BNS and later Section 109 of the BNS was added. 3. As per the prosecution case, the petitioner is said to have assaulted the victim by Pharsa due to which the victim has sustained injuries. 4. The petitioner is in custody since 22.06.2025. 5.
