Considering the fact that case was pending since 2011, it is expected that Presiding Officer, Motor Accident Claims Tribunal (North), Allahabad shall decide the Claim Petition No. 216 of 2011 of applicant in all eventuality within a period of six months. In case, same is not decided within the same time, applicant is having liberty to approach the appropriate Court for expeditious disposal. Learned counsel for the applicant is permitted to serve the copy of this order to Presiding Officer, Motor Accident Claims Tribunal, Prayagraj within 48 hours.
