Present application has been preferred with prayer to quash the entire proceeding as well as quash the order dated 18.03.2025, order dated 21.03.2022 and charge-sheet dated 12.02.2022 in S.T. no. 1513 of 2022 pertaining to Case Crime no. 309 of 2021 (State vs. Sarvesh and others) under sections 60, 60(2), 62, 63 of Excise Act and under sections 259, 260, 272, 420, 467, 468, 471 IPC and PS- Maudarwaja, District Farrukhabad, pending in court of learned Additional District & Sessions Judge, Court no. 8, Farrukhabad. 3. After some arguments, learned counsel for applicant confined his prayer to the extent that applicant who has already been granted bail by co-ordinate Bench of this Court, considering his age of 69 years he may be permitted to appear before court concerned through counsel. 4. Per contra, learned AGA vehemently opposed the prayer sought through instant application. 5. Considering the confined prayer of learned counsel for applicant, applicant is directed to cooperate and appear before learned court concerned in pursuance to Session Trial no. 1513 of 2022 through counsel, unless mandated by learned trial court for personal appearance on some dates. 6.
