(ORAL) The petitioner seeks grant of anticipatory bail under Section 482 BNSS, 2023 in case bearing FIR No.91 dated 03.05.2025 registered under Section 306 BNS, 2023 at Police Station Civil Lines, District Bathinda. The learned counsel for the petitioner submits that in compliance of the order dated 06.06.2025, the petitioner has joined the investigation to the entire satisfaction of the Investigating Officer. The learned State counsel on instructions admits the aforesaid fact and submits that the petitioner is no more required for further investigation in the case.
