MAIN CASE The instant petition has been filed for seeking setting aside the action/notice dated 05.09.2017 (Annexure P-10) of the respondents to the extent whereby the petitioner has not been called for interview. A further prayer has also been made for directing the respondents to consider the candidature of the petitioner against the post of Pharmacist. RAJENDER KUMAR 2025.07.02 04:16 I attest to the accuracy and authenticity of this order CWP-23201-2017 -2- Learned counsel for the petitioner has been confronted with the averments contained in the reply filed by the respondents-Haryana Staff Selection Commission, wherein it has been specifically averred that the last selected candidate, who was called for interview, had secured 110 marks in the written examination, whereas the petitioner has obtained 104 marks only. Despite the said reply having been filed in the year 2017 and a period of nearly 08 years having been elapsed since then, the abovesaid factual assertion has neither been disputed not denied by the petitioner by way of filing any replication/rejoinder whatsoever.
