JUSTICE S SUNIL DUTT YADAV ORAL ORDER The present petition has been filed seeking for issuance of writ of mandamus to consider the representation given by the petitioner to the 4th respondent to effect 'pouthi katha' and also to conduct - 3 - HC-KAR NC: 2025:KHC:39859 WP No. 26796 of 2025 'hudbust' and fix boundaries in respect of Sy. No.30, Block No.12 measuring 4 acres with 10 guntas of kharab (total 8 acres 10 guntas) situated at K. Chowdenahalli Village, Nuggehalli Hobli, Channarayapatna Taluk. 2. Learned Additional Government Advocate has filed a memo and submits that in terms of the order of the Assistant Commissioner dated 25.11.2022 enclosed at Annexure-H, RTC entries are effected in the name of Sri. Venkatarama Dixit S/o. Krishnappa and enclosed copy of RTC along with the memo. It is further submitted that the request of the petitioner to effect katha in the name of the legal representatives of Venkatarama Dixit will be considered, if a formal application is made as per the procedure along with necessary documents. It is further submitted that it is only after the katha is entered into in the names of the legal representatives of Sri. Venkatarama Dixit, the question of 'hudbust' in Sy. No.30, of K. Taking note of the stand of the learned Additional Government Advocate, petitioner to make necessary application in the prescribed format for transfer of katha from the name of Venkatarama Dixit, into the names of legal representatives along with necessary documents within a period of two weeks from today.
