THIS APPEAL COMING ON FOR CONCILIATION BEFORE LOK ADALAT, THE FOLLOWING CONCILIATION ORDER IS PASSED: CONCILIATION ORDER The learned Counsel appearing for the Appellant is present. The learned Counsel appearing for the Respondents along with its representative are present. 2. After prolonged negotiations, the matter is settled. A joint memo signed by the learned advocate appearing for the appellant - and the learned advocate appearing for the respondents and its authorized officer is filed. The respondents have received a total sum of 3 Rs.50,00,000/- (Rupees Fifty Lakh Only) towards the full and final settlement inclusive of the interest awarded by the Trial Court as per the decree. They submit that the appeal be disposed of in terms of the Joint Memo filed. 3. We are satisfied that the settlement between the parties is just proper and correct and is in the interest of both the parties. 4. In view of the same, joint memo filed by both the parties is accepted. The judgment and decree of the Trial Court is set aside and the appeal stands disposed of in terms of joint memo. The Court fee paid in this appeal shall be refunded to the appellant fully. 5. This Regular First Appeal stands disposed of in terms of the Joint memo.
