Mr. Sandip Chakraborty Mr. Arup Sarkar ……for the State. Petitioner was granted interim bail on 21.08.2025. Almost for two and half months petitioner has been enjoying the said interim bail. No materials are forthcoming that the petitioner has misused the liberty so granted. Learned advocate for the State is present. Having regard to the present circumstances, I direct that the bail of the petitioner is confirmed. Petitioner would abide by the conditions earlier imposed on 21.08.2025. Accordingly, CRM (NDPS) 857 of 2025 is allowed.
