The petitioner through instant petition under Article 226 of the Constitution of India is seeking issuance of writ in the nature of habeas corpus for the release of detenues. 2. The petitioner is claiming that his family members are detained by respondent No.4 i.e. Aman Gupta, owner of Rama Brick Kiln. 3. Mr. K.S. Thakur, AAG, Haryana, during the course of hearing, produced statement of petitioner recorded by jurisdictional police officer as well as report of Sub Inspector, Police Station Rural, Kaithal. From the perusal of report, it is evident that petitioner alongwith his family members is working with aforesaid brick kiln for last 19 years. None of his family member has been detained by owner of brick kiln. The petitioner himself is present in Court which Shivani Gupta 2025.06.03 14:19 CRWP-5927-2025 2 indicates that there is no detention by brick kiln owner. It seems to be a case of misuse of process of law. 4.
