ORAL ORDER
This writ petition is filed under Articles 226 & 227 of the Constitution of India, seeking the following relief:
“Issue a writ of mandamus or any other order or direction to respondents to consider representations dated 25.07.2024 and 29.07.2024 vide Annexures E and F requesting respondents to take suitable action for implementation of the order of this Hon’ble Court vide order dated 15.11.2021, passed in W.P.No.47137/2018 vide Annexure-C and grant 1/30th scheme and also to regularize their service, like done in respect of Hampi Circle casual labourers and also in respect of Simla Ranges labourers, in the interest of justice.”
2. The learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner in this writ petition was party in the earlier

writ petition in W.P.No.14116/2020 and connected matters. This Court, by order dated 15.11.2021 disposed of the matter with the following directions:
“The submission of the learned ASG and learned counsel Sri.V.C.Jagannath appears to be reasonable. The petitioners herein are also similarly situated as that of petitioners in W.P.Nos.106447- 106560/2018. Therefore, it would be appropriate to dispose of the present writ petitions in terms of the direction issued in W.P.Nos.106447-106560/2018 and accordingly
disposed of directing the respondents to consider the cases of the petitioners for payment of wages and to consider their cases for regularization, if they fulfill all other eligibility criteria in accordance with law. The respondents shall take all necessary steps for payment of wages to the petitioners, if not already taken.”
3. Inspite of the said directions, the respondents have not considered the case of the petitioner for payment of wages. The petitioner has approached the respondents by submitting representations vide Annexures E and F. Inspite of that, the respondents have not considered the

case of the petitioner for payment of wages. Hence, the petitioner is before this Court.
4. In view of the above, since this Court has already
directed the respondents to consider the case of the petitioner for payment of wages, this writ petition stands
disposed of directing the respondents to consider the case of the petitioner for payment of wages in terms of the directions issued by this Court in the earlier writ petition in W.P.No.14116/2020 and connected matters, disposed of on 15.11.2021, as expeditiously as possible, not later than three months from the date of receipt of a copy of this
order.
