The instant writ petition has been filed by the petitioners for quashing the First Information Report dated 06.06.2025 giving rise to Case Crime No. 0273 of 2025, under Sections 87 of Bharatiya Nyaya Sanhita, Police Station Bhadohi, District Bhadohi. 2. Heard learned Counsel for the petitioners and Mr. Vinay Kumar Singh, State Law Officer and perused the material available on record. 3. Learned counsel appearing on behalf of petitioners informs the Court that the investigation has been completed and the final report has also been submitted on 22.07.2025 and prayed that the instant writ petition may be disposed of. 4. Taking into consideration the submissions made by the learned counsel for the parties and the fact that investigation has already been completed and a final report has also been filed, we do not find any good reason to keep this matter pending for further adjudication. 5. Accordingly, in view of the above, the instant writ petition is disposed of.
