It is the claim of the petitioner that she is not been offered appointment on compassionate ground, despite her eligibility. Heard. Learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that the petitioner has already made representation to the respondent-University, Annexure No.7 to the writ petition, but no action has been taken. He would submit that the petitioner may be given liberty to file fresh representation to the respondent- University, with the direction to the respondent-University to consider the representation of the petitioner and decide it within a stipulated time. Learned counsel for the respondent nos. 2, 3 and 4 would submit that in case the petitioner gives a representation, it shall be decided within a period of one month. The Court takes on record the statement given by learned counsel for the respondent nos. 2, 3 and 4. The writ petition is disposed of with the liberty to the petitioner to make a representation to the respondent-University within a week.
