This Court, vide order dated 12.07.2024, allowed the Arbitration Application No. 12 of 2014 of the applicant / M/s Hira Steels Limited. 3. Mr. Ankit Singhal, learned counsel for the applicant has preferred this application for modification of the order passed by this Court in ARBA No. 12 of 2014 as in the said order, due to inadvertent mistake, in paragraph No. 11, the name of Arbitrator appointed by the respondents has wrongly been typed as “Akhilesh Mishra” instead of “Akhilesh Sharma”. 4. Learned counsel for the respondents does not controvert the above submission. 5. In view of the above, the instant MCC is allowed. 6. In paragraph No. 11 of order dated 12.07.2024, passed in ARBA No. 12 of 2014, the name of the Arbitrator appointed by the respondents be read as “Akhilesh Sharma”. 7. The order dated 12.07.2024 passed in ARBA No. 12 of 2014 is modified to the extent indicated above and a copy of this order be placed alongwith the records of ARBA No. 12 of 2014.
