Heard learned counsel for the parties and perused the record. 2. This writ petition has been filed seeking following relief :- "a. Pass an order directing the parties in Civil Misc. Case No. 59 of 2025, Computerised Case No. UPGB060004742025 before the court of Civil Junior Division, Gautam Budh Nagar to maintain Quo till the deciding status maintainability of of the the suit and further deciding the Interim Injunction Application dated 22-05-2025. b. Pass an order directing the court of Civil Judge, Junior Division, Gautam Budh Nagar to decide the maintainability of the suit and subsequently to decide the Interim Injunction Application dated 22-05-2025 in the aforesaid." 3. Prayer made in this writ petition is wholly misconceived. Application for temporary injunction filed by the plaintiffs-petitioners is pending consideration before the Trial Court and the same has not been decided till date. 4. Since the above-mentioned application is pending, no useful purpose would be served in keeping this petition pending. 5. In view of the above, this writ petition stands disposed of with a direction to the Civil Judge (Junior Division) Gautam Budh Nagar, to decide the above-mentioned case, in accordance with law, expeditiously, preferably within twelve weeks from the date of production of a certified copy of this order, after ensuring service of notice upon all the respondents and providing opportunity of hearing to all the concerned parties provided there is no other legal impediment.
