2. In W.P.No.15527 of 2022, the petitioners have sought for quashing of the calendar of events published in Daily Salar Urduu News paper dated 15.07.2022 vide Annexure-K inter-alia sought for amendment of Bye-laws of respondent No.3. In W.P.No.1987 of 2022, the petitioner has sought for quashing the order dated 25.07.2022 issued by respondent No.1 appointing respondent No.2 as care taker as per Annexure-A.

3. It is submitted by the learned counsel for the respondent No.2 that the elections have not been conducted to the management of respondent No.3 pursuant of the issuance of calendar of events dated 15.07.2022. Hence, no further orders are required to be made in W.P.No15527 of 2022.
4. In respect of the grievance of the petitioners seeking amendment of the Bye-laws of respondent No.3 and to quashing of the order dated 25.07.2022 issued by respondent No.1 are concerned, the respondent No.2 is directed to consider the representation at Annexure-J, in accordance with law within an outer limit of four months from the date of receipt of certified copy of this order.
5. It is open to the petitioners to submit one more representation to respondent No.2, seeking their relief, and if such a representation is submitted, respondent No. 2 shall consider the same, in accordance with law.
