However, even now, the petitioner does not fulfill eligibility conditions, as she has neither cle nor has she been awarded Ph.D. degree per the policy for engaging Extension Lecturer dated 04.03.2020 and amended instructions dated Extension Lecturers cannot be allowed to continue in service.
