The instant Cr.M.P. has been filed under Section 528 of the Bhartiya Nagrik Suraksha Sanhita, 2023 for extension of time/modification of the order dated 25.10.2024 passed in A.B.A. No. 6279 of 2024.
2. Submission has been made on behalf of the petitioner that petitioner could not furnish bail bond to the court concerned in compliance to order dated 25.10.2024 passed in A.B.A. No. 6279 of 2024 on account of the fact that his wife was having some serious ailment.
In support of above said submission, learned counsel for the petitioner handed over one supplementary affidavit filed on behalf of petitioner in which photo copy of medical paper is annexed and submitted that genuinely wife of the petitioner was ailing and under treatment.
3. Such submission has been made in presence of Mr. Vineet Kr. Vashistha, learned Special Public Prosecutor appearing for the State.
4. Considering the submission advanced by the learned counsel for the petitioner, this Court is inclined to extend the period of surrender for ten working days from today. Accordingly, petitioner is directed to surrender before the court concerned within ten working days from today and remaining part of the order dated 25.10.2024 passed in A.B.A. No. 6279 of 2024 shall remain intact.

5. Let this order be treated as a part and parcel of the order dated 25.10.2024 passed in A.B.A. No. 6279 of 2024.
6. Accordingly, Cr.M.P. No. 498 of 2025 is disposed of.
