The learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that the petitioner was suspended from service on 25.03.2024. Despite being under suspension for over a year, the respondents have not initiated any action to review the suspension. In this regard, the petitioner submitted a representation dated 29.04.2025, which is yet to be considered by the first respondent. 3. At this juncture, the learned Government Advocate appearing for the respondents would fairly submit that the first respondent would consider the the said representation of the petitioner within a reasonable time. 4. Heard the learned counsel for both sides and perused the materials available on record. 5.
