Heard learned counsel for petitioner and learned Standing Counsel. 3. By means of this petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution petitioner has challenged the transfer order dated 28.05.2025 whereby he has been transferred from Kasganj to Ballia. 4. Learned Standing counsel has already obtained instructions in the matter as per which petitioner has already stood relieved pursuant to the transfer order dated 28.05.2025 on 29.05.2025. 5. In view of the above, I decline to grant indulgence in the matter, however, liberty rests with the petitioner to make representation against the transfer order, if he is so aggrieve, accordingly it is provided that in the event petitioner makes a representation within a period of two weeks from today, the same shall be disposed of by the competent authority within a further period of six weeks by means of a reasoned and speaking order.
