Accordingly, this Interlocutory Application is dismissed as withdrawn. B.A. No. 2112 of 2025 Heard the parties 2. The petitioner has been made accused in connection with Cyber Crime P.S. Case No. 05 of 2025, for the offences registered under Sections 111(2) (II), 317(2), 319(2), 336(3), 338, 340(2) & 3(5) of the B.N.S. and Section 66(B), 66(C) & 66(D) of the I.T. Act, pending in the Court of learned Additional Judicial Commissioner-cum-Special Judge, Cyber Crime, Ranchi. 3. On 09.01.2025, at about 03:00 p.m., Cyber Police, Ranchi, on the basis of confidential information that cyber criminals have assembled in a semi constructed house at Pathrol, raided the place of occurrence and apprehended the petitioner alongwith co-accused persons. On search, mobile phones were recovered from the possession of the petitioner. 4. Mr. Arvind Kumar Choudhary, learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner has submitted that no victim has turned up to claim that the petitioner had cheated anybody. 5. In view of the aforesaid facts, I am inclined to release the petitioner, on bail. Accordingly, the petitioner, named above, is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 20,000/- (Rupees Twenty Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each, to the satisfaction of learned Additional Judicial Commissioner-cum-Special Judge, Cyber Crime, Ranchi in connection with Cyber Crime P.S.
