COURT’S OR JUDGE’S ORDERS D/14
CLCON No.717 of 2025 Hon’ble Ravindra Maithani, J. Mr. Neeraj Parihar, Advocate for the petitioner. Mr. Devesh Ghildiyal, Brief Holder for the State of Uttarakhand. The petitioner has brought to the notice of the Court that the order dated18.09.2025, passed in WPSS no.2219 of 2023 has been wilfully disobeyed by the respondent, by which, the representation of the petitioner was to be decided with the liberty to the petitioner to make fresh representation with further direction to the Competent Authority to take a decision within three months. The petitioner has himself enclosed the Annexure No.5, the order passed by the Competent Authority, by which, the representations dated 20.09.2025 and 23.09.2025 of the petitioner have been rejected. If the petitioner is aggrieved by the decision taken on the representations, he may very well take such recourse as provided under the law. Since the order has been complied with, nothing survives in this contempt petition. It stands disposed of accordingly.
