P. -------- 02/ Dated 04.04.2025 This criminal miscellaneous petition has been filed for extension of time to surrender in the court below in the light of direction passed in A.B.A. No.7790/2023, vide order dated 15.09.2023, whereby and wherein, petitioner Sushanto Ghosh was directed to surrender in the Court below within two weeks from the date of receipt of copy of the order in connection with Balumath P.S. Case No.22/2023 and the learned Court below was further directed to release him on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.25,000/- with two sureties of like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Court below. It was submitted that petitioner could not surrender in the court below as he was suffering from liver disease and the medical certificate has been filed to substantiate his submission. In view of the aforesaid facts, the petitioner is directed to surrender in the court below further within two weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order and the learned Court below shall release him on bail in the light of the direction passed in A.B.A No.7790/2023, vide order dated 15.09.2023. It is, however, made clear that no further extension of time will be granted. As such, this criminal miscellaneous petition stands allowed. (Ambuj Nath, J.) BS/-
