(ORAL) At the outset, learned counsel for the petitioner submits that in compliance of the directions issued vide order dated 14.02.2022, passed in CWP-19932-2020, a speaking order has been passed by the concerned authority and nothing substantive survives in the present contempt petition. He further submits that the petitioner shall, if so advised, avail all such other remedies as shall be admissible in law against the said order.
2. In view of the statement given by learned counsel for the petitioner, the instant contempt petition is disposed of as having been rendered infructuous.
