(iii) To dispense with the production of English Translation of Malayalam Exhibits produced along with the Writ Petition in the interest of justice; (iv) Render such other orders as this Hon’ble Court may deem fit and proper in the facts and circumstances of the case. ” 2. The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submits that the petitioner will be satisfied if a direction is issued to the 1st respondent to consider and pass orders on Ext.P5 after affording an opportunity of hearing to the petitioner and to respondents 2 and 3. 3.
