Since dispute is regarding the payment of wages, learned counsel for the petitioner submits that he may be given liberty to approach the authority under the Payment of Wages Act to seek release of the wages from the respondents. In view of submissions made by learned counsel for petitioner, which are not opposed by learned counsel for respondents, this petition is disposedof by providing that if petitioner approaches the Authority under Payment of Wages Act for release of the wages, which he claims are due to him and havebeen denied by respondents, within a period of onemonth, the same shall be decided by the Authority within a period of six months from the date such claim is made, of course, strictly in accordance with the provisions of law.
