Learned Single Judge on 11th November, 2019, directed restoration of the matter and immediately thereafter heard and decided it. Learned Single Judge opined that the disputes between the parties are civil in character and relates to an immovable property and, therefore, no interference is warranted by Writ Court. 3. In our opinion, said view is a plausible view which does not warrant interference. However, liberty is reserved to the parties to avail the remedy under the civil law. 4.
