Case No. 584 of 2024 registered for the offence under Sections 109, 352 of the Bharatiya Nyaya Sanhita, 2023 and Section 27 of the Arms Act. 3. The petitioner is the assailant of his own wife. He has fired upon his wife which hit her in the stomach and after one and a half months of treatment, she died. The petitioner is in custody since 16.10.2024. 4.
