This writ petition has been preferred on behalf of the Petitioner under Article 226 of the Constitution of India seeking the following relief: “1. Issue a Writ of Mandamus or any other appropriate writ, order, or direction, directing the Election Commission of India to forthwith register the political party Name Aam Aadmi Party (Revolutionary) under the relevant provisions of Representation of People Act 1951.” 4. Mr. Rajeev Sharma appearing on behalf of the Respondent, on advance copy of the writ petition hands over a copy of the letter dated 10.01.2025, whereby the Petitioner was required to produce certain documents before any action could be taken by the Respondent and submits This is a digitally signed order.
